Jordan Price Adds New Lawyer Effective January 1, 2012

Effective January 1, 2012, Philip Paine will join the Firm as a Member in the Firm’s creditor’s rights and bankruptcy group.  Prior to joining Jordan Price, Mr. Paine practiced for 9 years at another Raleigh law firm, specializing in bankruptcy law, where he represented businesses, banks and individuals in all aspects of bankruptcy and insolvency matters including the filing of bankruptcy petitions under chapters 7, 11 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code.  He has a significant depth of experience in various bankruptcy matters including obtaining relief from the automatic stay, filing proofs of claim, seeking declarations that debts were not dischargeable in bankruptcy, asset protection, judgment enforcement and foreclosures.
