Mr. Price practiced as a full-time Member of the Firm from 1974 until 2002.

He became Of Counsel to the Firm in 2002, at the time that he was appointed Executive Vice President and General Counsel of Family Health International (FHI). FHI is a not-for-profit international public health organization headquartered in Research Triangle Park, NC, with offices in 35 countries.
