Mr. Love practices primarily in the areas of corporate transactions, taxation, estate planning and administration, and general small business representation. He has been with the Firm since 2007.

Mr. Love frequently assists closely-held businesses and their owners with entity formations, reorganizations, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions, in addition to providing advice on accounting, tax, and finance-related matters. Additionally, Mr. Love often works with clients in developing estate plans and achieving wealth transfer goals, including drafting a wide array of estate planning documents.

Mr. Love also handles all aspects of the administration of decedents’ estates, including drafting estate settlement agreements and accountings, providing counsel to executors, trustees, and beneficiaries, and representing parties to estate proceedings before the Clerk of Court. He has also represented clients in matters involving loan structuring and workouts, tax disputes before the IRS, North Carolina Department of Revenue, and Wake County Revenue Department, and minority shareholder disputes.

Mr. Love is a licensed Certified Public Accountant.
