R. Frank Gray

Mr. Gray, a Member of the Firm, primarily practices in areas of business and banking law, administrative/legislative representation, and municipal law. Mr. Gray is counsel for Paragon Commercial Bank, as well as counsel to several trade associations. He currently serves as a hearing officer for the North Carolina Board of Nursing and as Town Attorney for the Town of Morrisville.
