Mr. Carr is a business lawyer whose practice concentrates on the areas of commercial real estate, land use, commercial lending, community development, historic rehabilitation and affordable housing tax credit transactions, and other complex commercial transactions. Mr. Carr's experience also includes new business development and start-ups, business litigation, corporate law, corporate governance, shareholder rights, energy regulation, telecommunications, and technology, including representation of developers, contractors, and debt and equity financiers.
