Mr. Bowers practices in the areas of corporate and business law, estate planning, commercial leasing and landlord/tenant law. Within these practice areas and since joining the Firm in 2007, Mr. Bowers has regularly advised closely held businesses and their owners in matters ranging from the preparation of simple service and consulting agreements to corporate restructurings and mergers, business sales and acquisitions. He also frequently assists both commercial landlords and tenants in the review, negotiation and drafting of commercial leases.
