Mr. Bowers practices predominantly within the areas of corporate and business law, commercial leasing and landlord/tenant law, and estate planning.

Within these practice areas, Mr. Bowers regularly advises businesses of all sizes, and their principals, in matters ranging from the preparation of simple service and employment/consulting agreements, to corporate restructurings and mergers, business sales and acquisitions. He frequently renders advice in matters of contract interpretation, performance and enforcement, and the formation and structuring of new business entities. He is experienced in negotiating and documenting secured, collateralized business transactions of all forms, and in counseling businesses with respect to the selection, establishment and protection of trademark and service mark intellectual property rights.

Mr. Bowers also frequently assists both commercial landlords and tenants in the review, negotiation and drafting of commercial leases. Outside of the commercial law context, Mr. Bowers thoroughly enjoys working with individuals to define and achieve their advanced directive, estate, and business succession planning objectives.
